DESCRIPTION:Im Inside:Out entsteht in Zusammenarbeit mit einer ergotherapeutischen Praxis ein wöchentliches ergotherapeutisches Angebot.\nDie Ergotherapiestunden finden direkt hier statt und können jeden Dienstag zwischen 8 und 12 Uhr wahrgenommen werden. \nZiel ist es\, queeren Menschen einen möglichst niedrigschwelligen und diskriminierungssensiblen Zugang zu Ergotherapie zu ermöglichen\, da viele im medizinischen Bereich Ausgrenzung und Diskriminierung erfahren. \nErgotherapie\, auch Betätigungstherapie genannt\, bedeutet\, gemeinsam zu schauen\, welche Tätigkeiten im Alltag wichtig sind und wo Einschränkungen in Ausführung\, Teilhabe oder Zufriedenheit bestehen. Dabei geht es nicht darum\, Menschen an Anforderungen anzupassen\, sondern Tätigkeiten und Rahmenbedingungen an individuelle Bedürfnisse – durch den Abbau von Barrieren und die Stärkung von Ressourcen. Gearbeitet wird mit Symptomen statt Diagnosen\, da jede Person eine eigene Lebensrealität mitbringt.\nZiel der Ergotherapie ist die Verbesserung von Lebensqualität und Teilhabe. Dafür werden gemeinsam kleinschrittige\, realistische Ziele entwickelt\, die bei Bedarf flexibel angepasst werden. Hierbei stehen die eigene Biografiearbeit\, Erfahrungen und Perspektiven im Mittelpunkt. \n\n\nZusätzlich finden regelmäßig kostenlose Weiterbildungs- und Freizeitangebote für alle Teamenden statt\, an denen ihr teilnehmen könnt. \nUnsere Teamtreffen finden immer am 2. und 4. Mittwoch im Monat statt. Diese werden aus kolonial geprägten Schönheitsnormen (ausgelegt auf weiße Körper)\, der Einteilung von Körpern in gesund und krank\, einer Reduzierung von weiblich gelesenen Menschen auf Attraktivität\, kapitalistisch geprägten Schönheitswerten und ungleichen Ressourcenzugängen gespeist. \nWir wollen ein Austauschraum über Erfahrungen mit Fettfeindlichkeit sein und politische Bildungsveranstaltungen\, Kleidertausch-Flohmärkte\, Kundgebungen etc. planen. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich. \nWir verstehen Fettfeindlichkeit als:\n– strukturelle Diskriminierung (z.B. auf dem Arbeits- und Wohnungsmarkt\, durch unzureichende Sitzmöglichkeiten etc.)\n– interpersonelle Diskriminierung (z.B. durch Fatshaming\, Concern Trolling etc.)\n– internalisierte Selbstabwertungen (z.B. ein verzerrtes Selbstbild\, die Entwicklung von Essstörungen etc.)\n– mediale Darstellung (z.B. in Zeitschriften\, Zeitungen\, staatlichen Kampagnen etc.)\n– stigmatisierende medizinische Behandlung (z.B. DESCRIPTION:Ein offenes Treffen für Menschen\, die in verschiedenen queeren\, feministischen und linken gesellschaftspolitischen Ehrenämtern und Gruppen aktiv sind und einen Ort suchen\, um gemeinsam Aufgaben abzuarbeiten\, sich auszutauschen und zu vernetzen. \nOft sitzen wir nach Plena oder Gruppentreffen noch allein zu Hause vor einer langen To-do-Liste.\nDeshalb laden wir euch ein\, diese Dinge gemeinsam anzugehen: Banner malen\, Social-Media-Kanäle betreuen\, E-Mails schreiben\noder was gerade sonst so ansteht 🙂 \nAn open meeting for people who are active in various queer\, feminist\, and left-wing socio-political volunteer groups and initiatives\, and who are looking for a space to work on tasks together\, exchange ideas\, and connect with one another. \nOften\, after plenums or group meetings\, we end up sitting alone at home with a long to-do list. That’s why we invite you to tackle these things together: painting banners\, managing social media channels\, writing emails — or whatever else needs to be done at the moment 🙂

DESCRIPTION:🌈🎸 Queer Jam Session im Inside:Out! 🎶🌈 \nDu singst gerne oder spielst ein Instrument? Dann bist du genau richtig bei der Queer Jam Session im Inside:Out! \nDie Queer Jam Session ist ein offener Raum\, der sich besonders an Queers\, BIPoC & Anfänger*innen richtet. Die Veranstaltung ist speziell für Musiker*innen\, die auf der Suche nach einem Safe Space sind\, in dem sie sich ohne Angst vor Diskriminierung ausprobieren können. \nEröffnet wird der Jam mit einer kurzen Performance von @frairenough . Danach heißt es Bühne frei für euch! \nBei einem Jam spielen mehrere Musiker*Innen auf der Bühne zusammen und improvisieren eine Performance. Man stimmt sich aufeinander ab\, ohne den anderen zu übertönen. Der Fokus liegt nicht darauf einen ausgereiften Song zu schreiben\, sondern auf das gemeinsame Musizieren und den musikalischen Ausdruck\, die der Jam bietet. \nOb du mit anderen musizieren oder erstmal nur zuhören möchtest\, jeder ist willkommen.\nFür Mikrofone und Verstärker ist schon gesorgt. Vor Ort gibt es einen E-Bass und ein Cajón. Bitte denkt dran Eure eigenen Instrumente & Instrumentenkabel mitzunehmen! \n🗓️27.03.2026\n🕓19:00 Uhr \nQueers und BIPoC haben in der Musikszene oft weniger Sichtbarkeit. Das Inside:Out bietet einen diskrimierungssensiblen Raum\, in der sich besonders Queers\, BIPoC & Anfänger*innen musikalisch ausprobieren können. \nWir freuen uns auf Dich! ✨ \n— \n🌈🎸 Queer Jam Session at Inside:Out! 🎶🌈 \nYou like singing or playing an instrument? Then the Queer Jam Session is just the right place for you! \nThe Queer Jam Session is an open space especially for Queers\, BIPoC\, and beginners. The event is specifically for musicians looking for a safe space where they can experiment without the fear of discrimination. \nThe jam will open with a short performance by @frairenough . After that\, the stage is yours to play! \nAt a jam\, several musicians play together on stage and improvise a performance. They coordinate with each other without overplaying one another. The focus isn’t on writing a polished song\, but on the collaborative music-making and the musical expression that the jam offers. \nWhether you want to play with others or just listen\, everyone is welcome.\nWe already brought the microphones and amps. DESCRIPTION:Queer Brunch \nIm Inside:Out e.V. treffen wir uns regelmäßig zum Queer* Brunch. Eingeladen sind queere Menschen sowie Freundinnen und Unterstützerinnen aus Wuppertal und Umgebung – ganz egal welchen Alters. \nFür die Basics ist gesorgt: Brötchen\, Aufschnitt & Aufstriche\, Kaffee\, Saft sowie etwas Obst und Gemüse stehen bereit. Natürlich gibt es auch vegetarische und vegane Optionen. Da wir ein Mitbringbuffet machen\, freuen wir uns sehr\, wenn ihr zusätzlich etwas Leckeres wie Kuchen\, Salate\, Rührei\, Obstplatten oder Ähnliches mitbringt. \nDie Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Wer mag\, kann gerne etwas in unsere Spendendose werfen. \n___ \nQueer Brunch \nWe regularly get together for a Queer* Brunch at Inside:Out e.V. Everyone is welcome — queer people of all ages as well as friends and supporters from Wuppertal and the surrounding area. \nWe’ll provide the basics: bread rolls\, spreads and cold cuts\, coffee\, juice\, and some fruit and vegetables. Of course\, there will also be vegetarian and vegan options. Since this is a potluck-style brunch\, we’re happy if you bring along something tasty too — like cake\, salads\, scrambled eggs\, fruit platters\, or whatever you feel like sharing. \nParticipation is free. If you’d like to support us\, there will be a donation jar on site. \n
